TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment Policy

  • We require a credit card to be kept on file at the time of scheduling but you will not be charged until after your appointment if your choose this payment method.

  • We accept cash, check, or credit paid in full at the completion of each appointment.

  • We charge hourly, in 15 minute increments.

No Show Policy

  • We allow for cancelations up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Confirmed by call, text, or email to scheduling.

  • If you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged for the full scheduled time of your appointment.

HIPAA

  • Your information if fully protected by HIPPA.

  • Do you know us in the community? Not to worry! Your information and the fact that you are a client is also HIPAA protected.

  • We will never break your confidentiality.
